Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Constants Connect application (the “Service”) provided by Aradie Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Constants Connect lets you connect social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), retrieve their analytics, and generate monthly performance reports with AI-assisted insights.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Authorized use of connected accounts
You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to access and analyze that data, and for complying with each platform’s terms.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service interacts with third-party platforms through their APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google/YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their APIs may change or become unavailable, which can affect the Service.
5. AI-generated insights
Insights are generated automatically from your data and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or omissions and do not constitute professional, financial, or marketing advice. You are responsible for how you act on them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any platform’s terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its software are owned by us and our licensors. Your data and the reports generated from it remain yours.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data or insights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
