Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data Constants Connect holds about you at any time, using any of the methods below.
1. Disconnect a channel
Disconnecting a connected YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook account removes the stored access tokens for that channel. You can also revoke access directly with the platform:
- Google / YouTube — Google account permissions
- Facebook — Settings → Business Integrations
- Instagram — Settings → Apps and Websites
- TikTok — Settings → Security → Manage app permissions
2. Delete reports
You can delete individual reports from within the app; deleted reports and their insights are removed from our database.
3. Delete your account and all data
To delete your account and everything associated with it — your login, all connected-account tokens, reports, insights, and metric history — send a request to support@aradie.com from the email address on your account, or use the in-app account-deletion option where available.
What gets deleted
- Your login record and password hash.
- All stored OAuth tokens for your connected accounts.
- All reports, AI insights, and metric snapshots tied to your account.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged on our standard backup-retention cycle.
