Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aradie Inc. (“we”, “us”), operator of the Constants Connect application (the “Service”), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and password you use to sign in. Passwords are stored only as a salted cryptographic hash; we never store them in plain text.
- Connected-platform credentials — when you connect a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook account, we receive and store the OAuth access (and where applicable refresh) tokens those platforms issue. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Platform analytics data — for the accounts you connect and the periods you request, we retrieve performance metrics from the platforms’ APIs (for example follower counts, views, watch time, likes, comments, shares, and per-post statistics).
- Reports and insights — the reports we generate from that data, and the AI-generated analysis attached to them.
- Technical and security data — limited logs and the IP address of requests, used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service: connect your accounts, retrieve analytics, and generate reports.
- To generate AI insights that explain your performance (see Section 4).
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot.
We do not sell your personal information or your platform data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How we store and protect your data
The Service runs on Microsoft Azure. Data is stored in a managed database; OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and the database connection secrets are held in Azure Key Vault. Access is restricted to authenticated users — each user can only see their own accounts, reports, and insights.
4. AI processing
To produce insights, the metrics in your report are sent to the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for analysis. This data is processed only to generate insights for you; under Microsoft’s terms it is not used to train or improve any generalized AI/ML models. If Azure OpenAI is not enabled for your deployment, reports are produced without AI insights.
5. Third parties and subprocessors
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, database, and the Azure OpenAI Service.
- The social platforms — we call YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook APIs on your behalf, using the access you grant.
6. Google / YouTube API data
The Service’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through YouTube/Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the analytics and reporting features you request, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide the Service, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalized AI/ML models.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service’s access to your Google data at any time via your Google security settings.
7. Meta / TikTok platform data
Data retrieved from Facebook and Instagram is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, and data retrieved from TikTok in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms. We request only the permissions needed to read the analytics for accounts you connect.
8. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect a channel we delete its stored tokens; when you delete a report it is removed. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion instructions.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may revoke any platform connection at any time (in the app or through the platform’s own settings). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under the age required to manage a business or creator social account in their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
